NousViz Wins Affiliate Intelligence of the Year Award 2026
NousViz has taken home our first award ever in the AffPapa Awards 2026. Now we can say NousViz is the fastest award winning platform as we won Affiliate Intelligence of the Year at the AffPapa Conference.
We were honoured to be nominated twice in the same category as of course StatsDrone was the 2024 winner of the same award. The other nominees were Black, Routy, PartnerMatrix and StatsDrone so it was a very challenging set of companies to compete with.
Why NousViz was created
At StatsDrone, one of our missions was to help affiliates with advanced analytics. We were modeling the work previously with Tableau but it required more people on our team to connect the data to Tableau with AWS and BigQuery. The dashboards took longer to build and it was around this time a year ago that we started to test building dashboards and analytics with AI.
As time went on and AI got better, so did the data viz. We built numerous models and the intention was to introduce the models back into StatsDrone. What we realized is that maybe the data viz needed to live outside of StatsDrone and we also started to combine other data sets. Our affiliates wanted blended data with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or paid media tools like Voluum, Keitaro and their Facebook ads and Google ads data.
When our Tableau dashboard builder left us for another company, we were without the data viz work we wanted to do for clients. I took over that work personally and replaced 18 months of full time work in 10 hours. I had built numerous models from October to March and each time they got better and better. We showcased our work at NEXT NYC 2026 and we had affiliates and operators interested in our work. It was that point we decided to go all in and productize the analytics into it's own tool set.
The final result was the building of NousViz. So the work has been around for a year but we decided it needed its own identity.
Our alternative to Tableau
We weren't trying to build a product that would compete with Tableau but we wanted to give our customers something that was easy to use and make it very accessible in all ways including pricing.
