20% of NGR, if the monthly NGR is equal to or below 1,000 EUR.

30% of NGR, if the monthly NGR is between 2,500 EUR and 5,000 EUR.

35% of NGR, if the monthly NGR is between 5,000 EUR and 10,000 EUR.
